DOOR PANEL PERIMETER 16 gauge steel
frame is formed in one piece, then powder
coat painted. This paint system uses a six
stage wash and pretreatment to clean and
pre-coal each part in a carefully controlled
environment. The powder coat urethane paint
is then cured for 35 minutes at 400 degrees.
The full perimeter eliminates unsightly
miler corners, increases strength of the
door panel and helps resist warp. Looks
more professional and provides an attractive
finished appearance. Can be
installed for right or left swing. |
